Team and corporate headshots for Portland companies
A team page only looks like a team when every photo matches. We photograph companies of every size, from a five-person agency to a whole floor, on one locked setup: same light, same background, same crop, same retouching. When someone new joins later, we shoot them on the identical setup and they drop straight into the grid.
Sessions run in our downtown studio, on-site at your office, or both, with leadership in the studio and everyone else photographed on-site in a single day. Nike, Intel, Columbia and dozens of Portland firms, agencies and nonprofits have used us for exactly this.

On-site or in the studio, everyone is coached and reviewed live. Retouched files arrive within 48 hours, ready for your web team.

That is normal and it does not change the result. Coached sessions are built for people who are not comfortable in front of a camera. Each person is told exactly what to do, sees the frames immediately, and is done in ten minutes. HR coordinators tell us the most common reaction is surprise at how painless it was.
Common questions
Can you come to our office?
Yes. We bring a full studio setup to your office or offsite anywhere in the Portland metro, including Vancouver, Beaverton, Hillsboro and Lake Oswego.
How many people can you photograph in a day?
Roughly 40 to 60 on-site, depending on the schedule. Larger groups split across days or combine an on-site day with studio sessions for leadership.
Can new hires match the existing team photos?
Yes. We keep the exact lighting, background and crop on file for every company, so a new hire photographed next year matches the page.
Do you handle scheduling?
We can. For larger groups we send a booking link so each person picks a slot, and we track who has been photographed.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate for your building or facilities team on request.
How are the files delivered?
Retouched high-resolution and web-sized files, organized and named by person, within 48 hours of the session.
